  • SURVEY

  • Up to 500 graduates
    Each plan comes with up to 500 graduates per academic year. If you have additional graduates they can be purchased at an additional cost.
  • Additional graduates
    Each plan comes with up to 500 graduates per academic year. If you have additional graduates they can be purchased at an additional cost.
  • First destinations survey
    The First Destinations survey is designed to collect valulable information on your graduates' first destination after graduation. The survey is fully compliant with the National Association. of Colleges and Employers (NACE) First-Destination Survey standards and protocols.
  • Responsive Survey/Mobile First Approach
    The survey layout adapts to the size of the screen that the graduate is using ensuring that they have a great experience on their phone, tablet, or computer.
  • Email/Text Messaging Update Requests
    Survey requests are delivered via email and text messaging depending on the contact information that you are able to provide on your graduates.
  • Custom Questions
    You can add custom questions to any plan above Basic to gather additional information from your graduates.
  • NACE Standards and Protocols for Collecting Graduate Outcomes Compliant

  • Custom Surveys
    Fully customize all survey elements to give you the greatest flexibility in evaluating the career outcomes of your graduates.
  • Alumni Surveys
    The alumni survey can be conducted 2, 3, 5, or more years after graduation helping you to better evaluate the longer term impact of your graduates’ education. With the premium plan you are able to select up to two intervals for this survey. For example, you can conduct the survey at 2 and 5 years after graduation.

  • Branded to Your Website
    The website containing the survey will be branded to match the look of your university, college, or department. This clearly identifies that the survey is being conducted on behalf of your organization and helps to increase the survey response rate.
  • Custom Email/Text Messaging Requests
    All of our survey requests, both email and text messaging, are uniquely created for individual graduates. This option allows you to further customize the message to your graduates.

  • REPORT

  • Standard Report
    The standard report includes summary data for all graduates broken out by degree level, college, and course of study. Contact us for a sample report.
  • NACE Survey Template Report
    The annual report will contain a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that is compliant with the NACE First Destinations Survey Template. You can send this file directly to NACE for reporting purposes.
  • Reported by Degree Level, College, and Major
    All reports will be summarized by degree level, college, and major for easy analysis and dissemination.
  • Full Response Data
    The report will contain a tab delimited file that contains all of the data for each response to the survey. This file can be imported into any standard spreadsheet or statistical analysis software.
  • Reported by Graduation Term
    Reports will be generated for each of your universities graduation terms as well as for the overall academic year.
  • Custom Report
    Based upon your custom questions we will develop a custom report for your review.

    Data standardization on fields to save you even more time. Fields included: Employer, City/State, Higher Education Institution, and Service Organization
  • Enterprise Level Security
    Our clients entrust EPSS with the security of their information and we make it a priority to guard this trust and to take security and privacy seriously. We are transparent about our security infrastructure and practices, to help reassure our clients that their data is appropriately protected.
  • Social Media Searches
    If a graduate does not respond to the survey, we will search for their social media profiles and incorporate any data that we discover. Sites include LinkedIn, FaceBook, Google+, GitHub, Twitter, and many more.
  • Survey Requests From your_university.edu Address
    Survey requests to your graduates come from an email address hosted by your university. For example survey@your_university.edu. Having the survey requests come from an email address at your university greatly improves the survey response rate.
  • Hosted on Subdomain of Your University
    The survey is hosted on a subdomain of your university. For example https://survey.your_university.edu/ Having the survey hosted on your universities domain greatly improves the survey response rate.
